Shipping policy

For all in-stock orders, we'll do our best to meet the estimated delivery times that you see at the checkout page after you enter your address before making your payment. 

Local delivery is available for Toronto city of Canada and it is free of charge and the cost of Standard Delivery and Express Delivery varies for you considering the delivery address. It will be shown after you enter the address in the shipping page.

We ship internationally to the locations that are supported by the Canada Post. If you can enter your address and it gives you time and cost estimations, it means we can deliver to that address.

Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose and it will be shown under each delivery method in the shipping page. All the estimated delivery times based on which delivery type you select (Local delivery, Standard and Express) are calculated by the third party and we can just guarantee the local delivery time which is within 3 to 10 days for free. 

For the customized order, the time we need to prepare the custom orders varies and details will be provided on the first free consulting session.
